We have currently been experiencing some issues with server slowdown related to a Joomla hack which has recently hit a number of accounts on our servers, which may be related to the issues you are seeing with your website. We are in the process of both deactivating the hacked accounts, and finding a way to block this hack across the board, so I would suggest that you wait some time and check back on the website. If you are still experiencing problems after that point, please reply back to this ticket and we will troubleshoot further.
